The electroplated CBN sharpening grinding wheels are used for sharpening kitchen knives and are helicoidal so they overlap with each other forming a fixed angle of 30°
During the grinding process, the problem of grinding heat will not be caused by dry grinding and the surface of blades will not be burned because of grinding heat. Through very simple operation, the blade is pulled out of the groove of the two grinding wheels to ensure the excellent polishing surface.
