Grinding recommendation:
* The maximum remove amount of one side can reach 10mm, and the thickness of the processed glass is up to 50mm(multi-layer laminated safety glass), which can meet running speed of 5-20 meters/minute in all glass deep processing .
* Adjust the position of the three diamond wheels can obtain the appropriate grinding amount, if the single side of the glass grinding amount of 1.5mm, Pos1#, 2#, and 3# diamond wheel bear 0.6mm, 0.6mm, 0.3mm grinding amount respectively.
* Pos. 1 and No. 2 diamond wheels for more remove amount, because they use bronze bonding, with high grinding force and durable.
* Pos. 3 grinding wheel uses resin binder, with finer grain size, so the remove amount less.
* If the remove amount is not distributed reasonably will make the diamond wheel consume faster, even cause the glass breaking.
