Double feed honing head

The double feed honing head is composed of the honing head body, two sets of expansion tool mechanisms installed alternately, positioning springs, the base honing (semi-finish honing) base, the flat-top honing (finishing) base, the base honing stone, the flat-top honing stone, and the measurement mechanism.

The honing bar uses diamond abrasive. The diamond honing stone has strong wear resistance, good stability and cutting performance, which can effectively improve processing efficiency and greatly extend the service life of the tool.

The cutting edge is specially treated to ensure that the honing stone is sharp when in use.
