Grinding speed
Metal and resin binding speed usually 15~35m/s, vitrified bond CBN grinding wheel can be improved to 45~160m/s, and the speed of single-layer CBN grinding wheel is 125~250m/s. The linear velocity of 80~125m/s has become the mainstream of CBN grinding wheel in the world.
Grinding depth
Generally, it is 0.002~0.010mm, and the workpiece speed is 10~30m/min. The longitudinal feeding speed can be 0.3~1.5m/min. Take large value for rough grinding and small value for fine grinding.
