1. The main parts of the grinding machine
 
-The lathe bed 1 is the basic support of the grinder. It is equipped with a grinding wheel frame 5, a working table 3, a head frame 2, a tailstock 7, and a transverse saddle, etc., so that these components maintain accurate relative positions during work. The inside of the bed is used as an oil sump for hydraulic oil.
-The head frame 2 is used to mount and clamp the workpiece, and drive the workpiece to rotate. The head frame can be rotated 90 ° counterclockwise in the horizontal plane.
-The internal grinding tool 4 is used to support the spindle of the grinding wheel for grinding the internal hole. The internal grinding tool spindle is driven by a separate motor.
-The grinding wheel frame 5 is used to support and drive a high-speed rotating grinding wheel spindle. The grinding wheel frame is installed on the saddle 6. When the short conical surface needs to be ground, the grinding wheel frame can be adjusted to a certain angular position (± 30 °) in the horizontal plane.
-Tailstock The tailstock 7 and the top of the headstock 2 support the workpiece together.
-The saddle and the lateral feeding mechanism rotate the lateral feeding handwheel 9 so that the lateral feeding mechanism can drive the sliding saddle 6 and the grinding wheel frame thereon to perform lateral feeding movement.
-Workbench Workbench 3 consists of two floors. The upper worktable can be rotated around the horizontal plane of the lower worktable by an angle (± 10 °) to grind a long conical surface with a small taper. The upper workbench is provided with a head frame 2 and a tailstock 7 on the top, and they can move longitudinally back and forth along the bed rail along with the workbench.
 
 
2.Purpose of machine tool
