With the development of flexible grinding tools, electroplated diamond abrasive belt has an incomparable advantage over traditional diamond abrasive tools in grinding brittle materials.

(1) The grinding efficiency increases with the increase of the linear speed of the belt, and the excessive linear speed leads to the decrease of grinding efficiency; The grinding efficiency increases with the increase of grinding pressure. When the grinding pressure increases to a certain value, the grinding efficiency decreases obviously. The grinding efficiency increases with the increase of the workpiece feed speed, but the grinding efficiency decreases obviously when the feed speed increases to 2.2mm/s.

(2) The order of influence of grinding process parameters on grinding efficiency is: grinding pressure > workpiece feed speed>line speed. Grinding efficiency is highest when belt line speed is 30m/s grinding pressure is 55N and workpiece feed speed is 2mm/s.

(3) The surface roughness of alumina ceramic grinding decreases with the increase of sanding belt size and sand density. When the sanding belt size is 120#-150# and the sand density is 60%, the grinding surface roughness is better.
