Improve the processing stability of internal grinding

Main problem

Main problem: the quality of internal grinding results is not stable.

Reason: Because the abrasive particle size of fine grit grinding wheel is small and the binder is not easy to adhere to in cause of the quality is different.

 

1. Reasons -Fine grit internal grinding wheels are sintered unevenly

When making fine-grit internal grinding wheel the abrasive volume and adhesion area are very small, so it is relatively difficult to control the shedding speed of abrasive.

Solution:

MORE uses the large pores technology to make the binder uniformly adhere to each abrasive and the processing quality is substantially improve!

2. Reason -Dressing too much

The internal grinding wheel is easy to drop sand, the structure of the grinding wheel is weak,so the abrasive falls off too fast and the repeated dressing increases the variable state of the grinding wheel, making the grinding effect difficult to be stable.

Solution:

MORE with high flexibility and toughness of the binder, abrasive fall off slowly, less consumption, can elongate dressing interval.

The uniform and good surface roughness can be obtained.
