Diamond grinding wheel  for stone, which can be used for the surface grinding of all kinds of refractory materials. It is also often installed on the concrete grinding machine to grind such as concrete, granite, marble and some other stone materials.

Diamond grinding wheels are available in different types and sizes to meet different application needs. They are commonly used for grinding concrete, stone, as well as paints, glues, epoxies and other ground coatings.

Through laser welding technology or cold forming technology, the sintering section is fixed on the matrix, with high strength and strong anti-interference ability. The matrix has different holes, which is convenient to clean the residual rough material and increase the cooling effect of diamond grinding wheel.

Application of diamond grinding wheel  for concrete and stone industry:

Used for grinding and polishing granite, marble, cement concrete, water flat, floor tile, tile, and other stone industry. Perfect for fast grinding and rough deburring.

Advantages of grinding whel for concrete and stone industry:

1. With fine, medium and coarse substrates.

2. Grinding section with heat-treated steel body increases durability and wheel life.

3. Fast cutting, minimal dust.

4. Ventilation holes for easy cleaning of residue.

5. Can be dry or wet grinding, dry grinding does not burn.

For ground grinding with different roughness, in the selection of grit, usually we can choose large grit for rough grinding, such as 16#, 20# or 30/40# for grinding, choose such a suitable grinding wheel can increase work efficiency.  For fine grinding, we can also call polishing, we can choos grit such as 80# -120#, can also according to the needs of grinding, choose other finer grit.
